# Introducing WaveHouse Cloud

> We're building the fully-managed way to run real-time analytics APIs on ClickHouse. Here's what it is, and why we're building it.

Today we're opening the waitlist for **WaveHouse Cloud** — the fully-managed way
to run real-time analytics APIs on ClickHouse.

## The problem

[WaveHouse](https://wavehouse.dev), our open-source project, already makes
ClickHouse dramatically easier to build on: schema-aware ingest, async batching,
named API endpoints with column-level authorization, real-time streaming, and
tiered query caching — all in a single binary.

But you still have to **run** it. And you still have to run ClickHouse
underneath it: provisioning, scaling, backups, upgrades, and the 3am pages. For
a lot of teams, that operational weight is the thing standing between them and
shipping real-time analytics.

## What we're building

WaveHouse Cloud hosts **both halves of the stack** — ClickHouse and the
WaveHouse gateway — and runs them for you. You point it at your data, define
your query pipes, and get secure, cached, real-time APIs. We handle the
infrastructure.

Think of it as Supabase for ClickHouse: the open-source core you can always
self-host, plus a managed platform that takes the ops off your plate.

## What's next

We're building toward launch and onboarding early users in batches. We need to
grow the team before we open the doors, so for now the best thing you can do is
