# Privacy Policy

> How WaveHouse Cloud collects, uses, and protects the limited information you share with us before launch.

## Who we are

WaveHouse Cloud is a service of **WAVERF, Corp.** (a Delaware corporation, "Wave
RF", "we", "us"). For privacy questions, contact

## What we collect

On this pre-launch site we collect only:

- **The email address you submit** to join the launch waitlist.
- **Limited signup context** — the page or campaign you came from (referrer and
  UTM parameters) and an approximate country. We do **not** store your IP
  address, in raw or hashed form. Your IP is used only in the moment, to apply a
  rate limit that keeps the form from being flooded, and is then discarded.
- **Privacy-respecting product analytics** via PostHog (pageviews and basic
  interaction events) to understand how the site is used. We honor "Do Not
  Track", and we don't profile anonymous visitors — analytics only associates
  events with you once you choose to join the waitlist.

## Why we collect it

- To email you **once** when WaveHouse Cloud launches.
- To understand where interest is coming from and improve the site.
- To protect the waitlist from spam and abuse.

Our lawful basis for the waitlist is your **consent**, given when you submit the
form.

## What we do not do

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email beyond the
launch notification you signed up for.

## Your choices

You can ask us to remove your email at any time by contacting
[privacy@wave-rf.com](mailto:privacy@wave-rf.com) — including if someone added it
on your behalf and you'd rather not be on the list. Every email we send will
include an unsubscribe link.

## How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist email until launch and for a short period afterward to send
the one launch notification, then remove it if you haven't signed up for the
service. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

## Where your data lives

Waitlist emails are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure controlled by Wave RF.
Analytics are processed by PostHog (US region).

## Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect
their information. If you believe a child has joined the waitlist, contact us and
we'll remove it.

## Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live — for example the EEA/UK under GDPR, or California and
other US states — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your
data, or to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these for the waitlist,
email [privacy@wave-rf.com](mailto:privacy@wave-rf.com). The

those rights, our third-party processors (analytics, hosting, error monitoring),
and how we respond.

## Changes

We will update this page as the product and our practices evolve, and will note
the date at the top.
