## Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these terms and to Wave RF's
[company Terms of Use](https://wave-rf.com/terms) and
[Privacy Policy](https://wave-rf.com/privacy). If you do not agree, please do not
use the site.

## The site is informational

This website describes a product that is **not yet generally available**.
Nothing here is a commitment to deliver any feature, on any timeline, or at any
price. Details will change before launch.

## The waitlist

Joining the waitlist registers your interest and your consent to receive a
launch notification. It does not create any contract, reservation, or guarantee
of access, pricing, or availability.

## Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site — no attempts to disrupt it, or to probe it for
vulnerabilities outside our [security policy](/security). The waitlist is open to
automation: an agent or tool may sign someone up **with that person's
permission**. What is not allowed is adding people who haven't asked, or using
automation to flood or spam the waitlist.

## Intellectual property

"WaveHouse", "WaveHouse Cloud", "Wave RF", and associated logos are marks of
**WAVERF, Corp.** and may not be used without prior written permission. The
open-source WaveHouse project is licensed separately; see its
[repository](https://github.com/Wave-RF/WaveHouse) for details. Site content is
protected by intellectual-property law as described in the
[company Terms](https://wave-rf.com/terms).

## No warranty

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent
permitted by law.
